 The Royal Bean Coffee house is locally owned and operated.  We are committed to excellence in our services and the products we offer.  Choosing the Royal Bean to cater your next event will be an easy decision.  We are located in Raleigh, NC off of Hillsborough Street just across the street from Meredith College and down the road from NCSU campus.  We support our local economy by dealing mostly with businesses located within 10 minutes of our store.  Please consider the Royal Bean to cater coffee at your next event.  We go out of our way to make sure our coffee is of the highest quality.  In fact, our coffee is roasted in Raleigh, NC and is guaranteed to be fresh.  Imagine how much better it is to have coffee catered for your event that has been roasted locally and that same week, just ground from fresh whole coffee Beans just hours before your event, and freshly Brewed just before you pick it up or we deliver it.  In addition, we can also cater a large variety of sweets.  These sweets are not picked up at your local grocery, nor delivered from out of state, but from a local bakery only minutes from the Bean.  Allow us  provide you with this freshly made New York Style cheese Danish, fruit Danish, sweet breads, assorted bagels, a variety of cookies,  assorted scones, assorted muffins, and more.

PLACING ORDER:

36-hour notice is requested in order to fully accommodate orders.  Orders placed after that time will be accommodated based on availability.  Minimum order of 8 Sandwiches.  A credit card may be required.

TERMS 

Placing Your Order: We suggest 48 hours advance notice to fully accommodate your order.  Orders placed after that time will be accommodated based on availability.  Orders may be placed in person at Royal Bean or by calling 919-834-2326, preferably before 1pm.  A credit card number may be required as a deposit at the time order. 

Cancellation:Royal Bean has a 24-hour cancellation policy on all orders and may be canceled during regular business hours.  Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery/pick-up may be subject to full charges.

Delivery:Royal Bean will deliver locally free for orders over $150!!!!  Delivery charges will be waived for deliveries to Royal Banquet and Conference Center and to Meredith College. Delivery may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to scheduled delivery time to accommodate set-up and will be picked-up at scheduled pick-up time or approximately 2 hours after delivery. 

Pick-Ups:

All orders will be ready for pick-up 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time.  Any non-disposable items should be returned at a scheduled return time.  A credit card number may be required for all pick-up orders using coffee/tea airpots.

 Staffing:

Trained servers are available at a charge of $12 per hour per server.
